Lewis and Clark Community College and Madison County are co-hosting the next RCGA Energy and Environmental Council meeting on Thursday, November 19 from 7:30 am to 9:30 am. The guest speaker will be Doug Scott, Director of the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency. The meeting will be held at Bella Milano Restaurant located at 1063 S. State Street (Route 157) in Edwardsville, IL.
Director Scott will talk about his agency's priorities and their initiatives to promote energy efficiency, clean coal technology, wind power and other alternative energy and fuel sources in Illinois.
